Match fees

Match fees are to cover pitch hire, the costs of providing a meal for the home and visiting teams, travel and Umpire expenses. Meal costs for the season are calculated at the start of the season and included in the the match fee so that players will pay the same match fee at both home and away games.

** Keepers using all their own kit will only have to pay a tea fee of £2.00 (home & away).

Captains should ensure that all team sheets, receipts and money are sent to the Treasurer ASAP – preferably on a weekly basis.

For Mixed/Midweek/Veterans/Tournaments etc. pitches should be paid for on the day with receipts passed to the Treasurer. Where entry fees have to be paid in advance by the club, monies should be collected to cover the outlay and passed to the Treasurer.

Travel expenses

Drivers for away games will be reimbursed at 25p/mile (maximum 3 cars). Players making their own way to a game will not be reimbursed.
